Shan-Hsin Chang is a distinguished violinist and founder of Duo Hsinka. He began studying violin and piano at the age of five and later continued his musical education in France and Switzerland, studying with Marc Danel, Régis Pasquier, and Rudolf Koelman at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Lyon and the Zurich University of the Arts.
In 2018, Chang gained international recognition by winning both the First Prize in Violin and the First Prize in Chamber Music at the 16th International “Luigi Zanuccoli” Competition in Italy. Since then, he has appeared on major stages worldwide, including the Berliner Philharmonie, and has performed as a soloist with renowned orchestras such as Musikkollegium Winterthur, ZHdK Strings, the National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra, Taipei Symphony Orchestra, and the Counterpoint Ensemble, among others. His collaborations with conductors include Christian Schumann, Tong-Chieh Chuang, Ka-Lok Mak, Ting-Yuh Wu, and Wen-Hsien Chang.
Chang is a frequent guest at international festivals such as the Taiwan Connection Festival, Promusica Festival, Festival de Berlioz, and Festival St. Ursanne. In addition to his solo and chamber music activities, he regularly serves as guest concertmaster and principal violinist with ensembles including Taiwan Connection Chamber Orchestra, Counterpoint Ensemble, Ars Nova Chamber Orchestra, and Mainz Virtuosi.
Deeply committed to both performance and education, Chang is currently on the faculty of the Tainan National University of the Arts and National Tsing Hua University, and also teaches at Hai Shiann Waldorf Education in Taichung.

張善昕出生於臺灣臺北，啟蒙為洪千貴老師，就讀於秀山國小、古亭國小及師大附中音樂班時師承沈英良、林俊雄及蘇正途老師；在臺期間曾獲得國語日報全國音樂比賽高年級組小提琴組及鋼琴組雙首獎 (2006)、第三十屆河合鋼琴大賽第一名 (2006)，並在新加坡獲得第六屆亞洲青年國際大賽小提琴組首獎 (2007)、全國學生音樂比賽第一名 (2010) 及附中音樂班協奏曲比賽冠軍 (2011)，也獲選國立臺灣交響樂團舉辦的兩岸青少年管弦樂團首席，並於兩岸巡演 (2010)。
2011年赴歐深造，先後畢業於法國國立里昂高等音樂學院及瑞士國立蘇黎世藝術大學，並師承丹奈爾弦樂四重奏小提琴家 Marc Danel 及海飛茲的閉門弟子 Rudolf Koelman；旅歐期間亦向胡乃元、Pavel Vernikov、Igor Malinovsky、Philippe Graffin、Régis Pasquier 求教。
2018 年贏得義大利 Luigi Zanuccoli 國際小提琴大賽以及室內樂比賽雙首獎後在歐洲及亞洲舞台開始嶄露頭角。
張善昕演奏足跡遍及歐洲、俄國、中國、日本、韓國、菲律賓及台灣，以獨奏家身份合作的樂團包括瑞士溫特圖爾交響樂團（Musikkollegium Winterthur）、蘇黎世藝術大學絃樂團（ZHdK Strings）、國立台灣交響樂團、台北市立交響樂團、溫州城市交響樂團、對位室內樂團、龍潭愛樂... 等，合作指揮家包括 Christian Schumann、莊東杰、麥家樂、吳庭毓及張文賢等人；而他與日本鋼琴家西本佳奈美創立的子午線二重奏，受歐洲及日本各音樂節及音樂廳邀請演出，如柏林愛樂廳 (室內樂廳)、橫濱 Bosch Hall、法國 Promusica 音樂節、白遼士音樂節、瑞士 St. Ursanne 音樂節、義大利 Casalmaggiore 音樂節等。
除了獨奏及室內樂演奏領域，經常受邀擔任樂團的客席首席及聲部首席，如 Taiwan Connection 室內樂團、對位室內樂團以及新藝術管弦樂團... 等；亦任教於國立臺南藝術大學音樂學系、國立清華大學音樂學系及臺中海聲華德福教育機構。

Shan-Hsin Chang est un violoniste distingué et le fondateur du Duo Hsinka. Il commence l’étude du violon et du piano à l’âge de cinq ans, puis poursuit sa formation musicale en France et en Suisse auprès de Marc Danel, Régis Pasquier et Rudolf Koelman au Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Lyon et à l'Université des Arts de Zurich.
En 2018, il obtient une reconnaissance internationale en remportant les premiers prix de violon et de musique de chambre au 16ᵉ Concours International « Luigi Zanuccoli » en Italie.
Depuis, il s’est produit sur de nombreuses scènes prestigieuses à travers le monde, notamment à la Philharmonie de Berlin, et a joué en soliste avec des orchestres renommés tels que le Musikkollegium Winterthur, le ZHdK Strings, l’Orchestre Symphonique National de Taïwan, l’Orchestre Symphonique de Taipei et le Counterpoint Ensemble. Il a collaboré avec des chefs tels que Christian Schumann, Tong-Chieh Chuang, Ka-Lok Mak, Ting-Yuh Wu et Wen-Hsien Chang.
Invité régulier de festivals internationaux comme le Taiwan Connection Festival, le Promusica Festival, le Festival de Berlioz et le Festival de Saint-Ursanne, il est également premier violon invité ou chef de pupitre au sein d’ensembles tels que le Taiwan Connection Chamber Orchestra, le Counterpoint Ensemble, l’Ars Nova Chamber Orchestra et le Mainz Virtuosi.
Parallèlement à sa carrière de concertiste, Shan-Hsin Chang enseigne actuellement à la Tainan National University of the Arts et à la National Tsing Hua University, ainsi qu’à la Hai Shiann Waldorf Education à Taichung.

5歳でヴァイオリンを始め、台湾・全国学生音楽コンクール1位(2010)、シンガポール・アジア国際青年音楽コンクール1位(2007)、イタリア・ルイジ・ツァヌッコリ国際音楽コンクール1位(2018)。師大附中音樂班卒業後渡欧し、フランス・パリ地方音楽院、リヨン国立高等音楽院で学士、スイス・チューリヒ芸術大学で修士を取得。ヨーロッパ在住期間は10年に上り、後半2年間はハイフェッツの最後の弟子、ルドルフ・コールマンに学ぶ。
ヨーロッパ滞在中からフランス、イタリア、スイス、台湾などでソリスト、室内楽家としてコンサート活動を行い、ソリストとしてはスイスの交響楽団（Winterthur Musikkollegium）、チューリッヒ芸術大学弦楽団（ZHdK Strings）、国立台湾交響楽団（NTSO）、台北市立交響楽団（TSO）、台北愛楽（TPO）、龍潭愛楽（LTPO）から招かれ協奏曲を共演。現在はTaiwan Connectionの音楽家として精力的に活動している。2020年以来、彼はシンフォニー・オーケストラでの客演首席としても頻繁に招かれています。
これまでに洪千貴、沈英良、林俊雄、蘇正途、胡乃元、Igor Volochine、Marc Danel、Rudolf Koelman、Philippe Graffin、Régis Pasquier、Pavel Vernikov、Igor Malinovsky各氏に師事。
現在は、子午線デュオ（Duo Hsinka）、秋紅谷弦楽四重奏団（Taichung Quartet）、および Taiwan Connection のメンバーとして活動している。平素は演奏活動のほか、国立台南芸術大学音楽科、国立清華大学音楽科、および台中海声シュタイナー教育機構にて教鞭を執っている。
